We stand behind our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund or an exchange provided that;
- You return the item within 30 days since your purchase was delivered.
- The item is in its original packaging, including any instruction manuals and all accessories.
- It is unworn and in its original condition.
To request a refund or an exchange for your order, please mail your request along with your order number to support@cluegood.com.
Damaged or defective items
To be eligible for a refund or exchange for claims covered under damaged or defective goods, you must email us within 7 days of receiving the products at support@cluegood.com with pictures of the items in concern.
Lost or Stolen Packages
ClueGood is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, ClueGood will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy lasts 24 hours. To cancel your order, please mail your cancel request along with the order number to support@cluegood.com. You will be refunded to your original payment method within 24 hours.
We cannot cancel your order if the product is already shipped out at the time of addressing your request.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at support@cluegood.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
